Portraits
Draw a friend using just pencils make sure portraits fills
A4 sheet of paper. Use this pencil portrait to do variety
of portraits of same child:
1) Paint face on larger piece of paper
2) Paint just using 2 colours after putting sections/lines
on face
3) use basic face shape again and make collage using any
materials available
4) Use pastels to make another colourful portrait
Display the different portraits of each child together -
it makes a brilliant striking display. I've used charcoal
faces, pasta & rice faces..... the list is endless.
